For the reseller program, partners must register each customer deal via Splashtop’s online form, and Splashtop validates that no refund has been processed. Rebates are paid quarterly via check for US resellers or direct bank wire for non-US resellers once the accrued unpaid total reaches $300 (based on $1,500 in purchases). US resellers must submit a W-9, and non-US resellers must submit a W-8BEN and bank information form. Payouts apply only to initial registered deals—subsequent upgrades made directly by end users are not eligible. Purchases made under nonprofit discounts, special offers, or referral program links are also not eligible for reseller rebates.
