Applications are manually reviewed through PartnerStack, typically within about 7 business days, and require agreement to Circle’s Affiliate Terms plus a valid PayPal or Stripe account. The program pays a $100 one-time bounty per customer plus recurring revenue share that scales with performance: 10% at the Start tier (0–9 paying customers in a rolling 12 months), 15% at the Grow tier (10–49), and up to 20% at higher tiers, with Circle Plus plans paying at lower rates. There is no cap on earnings, and the minimum payout threshold is $25. Paid search and social media are permitted, but trademark bidding is prohibited and coupon sites are not accepted. Circle’s built-in community affiliate feature is a separate product that lets Circle customers run their own affiliate programs for their memberships—it is not a way to affiliate for Circle itself.
