Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold an active ElevenLabs account, and accept the company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Program Terms. Only individual persons may enroll—bots, scripts, and automated registration methods are prohibited, as are multiple referral accounts held by the same person or entity. ElevenLabs may request identity and business verification information, including KYC/KYB documentation and link placement details. Self-referrals are not permitted, and affiliates must demonstrate ownership of any content channel or website used for promotion upon request. Misleading marketing, cookie stuffing, brand impersonation, browser extensions, and malvertising are explicitly prohibited.
